Oklahoma Counties

Oklahoma has 77 counties, each with its own District Court that maintains court docket records. Every county has an elected Court Clerk who files and preserves case records. You can search court dockets online through OSCN or ODCR, or visit the Court Clerk in person at the county courthouse. Office hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
