Delaware County Court Clerk

The Delaware County Court Clerk maintains all district court records. The office is at 327 S 5th St, Jay, OK 74346. It is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The clerk files, stores, and manages records for civil, criminal, probate, juvenile, and family law cases. Every court docket entry for Delaware County flows through this office.

The clerk keeps appearance dockets and transcripts. Fees and court costs are collected here. This office operates under the supervision of the Oklahoma Supreme Court. If you need a certified copy of a court docket entry, bring the case number and payment. Copies cost $1.00 for the first page and $0.50 for each additional page.
