Ellis County Court Clerk Information

The Ellis County Court Clerk keeps all official district court records at 100 S Washington St, Arnett, OK 73832. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The clerk handles records for civil, criminal, probate, and family law cases. Every filing, motion, and order that goes through the Ellis County District Court is maintained here.

You can request certified copies in person or by mail. The cost is $1.00 for the first page and $0.50 for each additional page. Certification runs $0.50 per document. Include case details and a check or money order with your request. The clerk also manages appearance dockets and collects court fees. This office works under the Oklahoma Supreme Court's oversight, which sets the rules for how records are kept and shared with the public.

Note: Ellis County has a small caseload, but the same record access rules apply as in larger Oklahoma counties.
