Court Docket Records at Hughes County Clerk
The Hughes County Court Clerk is at 200 W Main St, Holdenville, OK 74848. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. All district court records for Hughes County are kept here. Court fees are also collected here under the Oklahoma Supreme Court's supervision.
Certified copies cost $1.00 for the first page, $0.50 for each additional page, and $5.00 for certification. You can visit in person or submit a request by mail with the case number and payment. Having your case number ready will make the process faster. The staff can search by name too, but it takes a bit longer.
